Yellow curry paste is milder than the other varieties, green and red. Its main ingredients are lemongrass and turmeric, which give the paste its distinctive aromatic flavour. It is most often added to curry dishes in combination with coconut milk.
Ingredients: garlic, lemongrass, salt, shallot, galangal, dried red chilli, coriander seeds, kaffir lime peel, curry powder 1.3% (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fennel seeds, galangal, ginger), cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, nutmeg.
Preparation: Sauté 50 g of curry paste, adding 400 ml of coconut milk, 200 g of meat and potatoes. Taste before seasoning. For a milder flavour, use half a portion of curry paste.
