- Perfect flexibility and durability: Thanks to the precise production process, the 22 cm diameter sheets do not tear when rolling the filling. They allow for tight and aesthetic formation of an even roll.
- Perfect crispiness after frying: When immersed in hot oil, the rice paper bubbles up instantly. It also becomes incredibly crispy and acquires an appetizing, golden-brown color, without absorbing excessive fat.
- Natural and light product: Rice paper is an easily digestible, low-calorie, and naturally gluten-free product, making it a great, lighter alternative to classic wheat pancakes or tortillas.
- Softening: Dip each sheet for a few seconds in lukewarm or warm water, then lay it flat on a dry plate or damp cloth until it softens and becomes flexible.
- Filling: Place the pre-prepared, cooled filling (e.g., meat and vegetable with vermicelli noodles and wood ear mushrooms) in the center.
- Rolling: Fold the sides of the paper inwards, covering the filling, then roll the whole thing tightly from the bottom upwards.
- Frying or serving: If making classic spring rolls, wait for the paper to dry slightly, then fry in hot, deep oil until golden brown. Serve summer rolls immediately fresh with peanut sauce or sweet and spicy chili.
