Jasmine rice is produced in Asia. It is longer than regular white rice. While cooking, you can smell the intense aroma of jasmine flower. This rice is mainly used in Thai cuisine. Preparation: Use 1.5 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. Bring the water to a boil, add the rice, and cook covered for 10 minutes. Remove the rice from the heat and stir with a fork.
