Lobo Tom Ka Paste, often used in Thai cuisine for Tom Ka dishes. It perfectly complements coconut milk.
Preparation: Boil 250 ml of coconut milk, add 500 g chicken breast and 50 g Tom Ka paste. When the meat is cooked, add 500 ml of water and simmer. Add another 250 ml of coconut milk and continue to simmer. Season with fish sauce and lemon juice.
Ingredients: salt, galangal, lemongrass, sugar, soybean oil, flavour enhancer: E621, kaffir lime peel, shallots, coriander root, chilli, acidity regulator: E330.
