Preparation: Sauté 50g of curry paste, adding 400ml of coconut milk, 200g of meat, and an eggplant. Taste before seasoning. Suggestion: For a milder taste, use half the amount of curry paste.
Ingredients: Dried red chili, garlic, lemongrass, salt, shallot, galangal, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), kaffir lime peel, pepper. The product may contain trace amounts of fish.
