Nori seaweed are sea algae that have been finely chopped and pressed. Mainly used for Maki Zushi, which is rolled sushi, served in the form of rice rolls wrapped in pressed sea algae. They are made by placing rice and fillings on a sheet of nori. Seaweed is one of the healthiest foods. Nori are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and proteins. They contain calcium, phosphorus, iron, and other important trace elements. The package contains 25g of algae (10 sheets), which is enough for many sushi rolls. Note: Nori easily absorbs moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed, original package.
