Shirataki noodles, thanks to their low-calorie properties, are recommended as an ingredient in weight-loss diets. Lacking their own flavour, they perfectly absorb the taste and aroma of additives and spices. They are very easy to prepare. Most often, they are served in aromatic simple soups (broths), but you can also toss them into a pan, add your favourite ingredients, and a healthy meal is ready. Their main advantage is that they are a natural product, rich in water-soluble fibre (glucomannan), without fat, sugar, starch, protein, wheat, or gluten. Recommended for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, as well as for people with wheat intolerance or gluten or soy allergies. Preparation method: drain and rinse with boiling water. One package is a portion for one person.
