Shirataki noodles, due to their low-calorie properties, are recommended as an ingredient in weight loss diets. Lacking their own flavor, they perfectly absorb the taste and aroma of added ingredients and spices. They are very easy to prepare. Most often served in aromatic simple soups (broths), but they can also be tossed in a pan with favorite additions for a healthy meal. Their main advantage is that they are a natural product, rich in water-soluble fiber (glucomannan), without fat, sugar, starch, protein, wheat, and gluten. Recommended for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, as well as people with wheat intolerance or allergy to gluten or soy. Preparation: drain and rinse with boiling water.
