Tempura is a Japanese dish. It consists of seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, or pieces of meat fried in batter. The prepared ingredients are coated in tempura flour (just mix it with water before use) and deep-fried. After removing from the fat, the ingredients are placed on absorbent paper to drain the fat.
Ingredients: wheat flour, tapioca flour, modified starch, baking powder (acidity regulators: E450, E500), salt, flavor enhancer: E621.
