Earl Grey tea is the most famous of the many varieties of black tea - recognized and loved all over the world. It owes its unique taste and aroma to bergamot oil. Bergamot is a fruit of the "Prince's Pear" grown in the Mediterranean region, similar in shape to citrus fruits. It has a thick skin from which aromatic oil is pressed and added to Earl Grey teas. Earl Grey has exceptional stimulating properties and is also known for its health benefits. The substances contained in bergamot strengthen the immune system, increase the production of endorphins, which significantly improves mood, and stimulate brain function.
Brew for 2-3 minutes at 90 - 95 degrees C.
